The Council of the Otherworld
Council Proper

Below are the faces of the ever respected Council members and their Enforcers. Every race has a maximum of three Chairs per species, and the numbers are growing daily, as new worlds become introduced to the novelties of the Realm.

The Council Members are old, powerful and feared by all in their respected species. They are responsible for setting the rules of their people, keeping the peace in the Realm, and carrying out justice for those that break the laws. They are the Judge and Jury of the Realm of Shadows. Not just anyone is eligible to be a Council Member, as much responsibility is mounted on their strong shoulders...

The Sub-Council Members are responsible for local disputes, and report to the Council Members. There are two Sub-Chairs for every Council. Think of them as the people working the cubicle in the Accounting Office.

Enforcers act as the ‘police force’ for their respected species, carrying out the judgment of the Council. Their main loyalties, however, are with their Council Chairs. Enforcer numbers are not limited and they are usually contained to the species in which they enforce. (Usually meaning generally but once in awhile there are exceptions made.) While the enforcers are not limited, the council tries to keep an even balance.
